| Abstract | 「はじめに」アバコパンは, 抗好中球細胞質抗体(antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody: ANCA)関連血管炎(ANCA-associated vasculitis: AAV)に分類される顕微鏡的多発血管炎(microscopic polyangiitis: MPA), 多発血管炎性肉芽腫症(granulomatosis with polyangiitis: GPA)に対し, C5a受容体拮抗作用により治療効果を発揮する, ファーストインクラスの経口薬である. 国際共同第III相臨床試験(ADVOCATE試験)で良好な結果を得て, 2021年9月にMPAおよびGPAを適応症として承認され, 2022年5月25日に薬価基準に収載された. なお, 米国では2021年10月に, 欧州では2022年1月に承認されているが, AAVに対して正式に承認された薬剤としてはリツキシマブに次いで2剤目となる. |
