| Abstract | 「はじめに」再発・転移性頭頸部扁平上皮癌 (recurrent/metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck : R/M SCCHN) に対する薬物療法は, 2017年3月にプラチナ製剤使用歴のある再発・転移性頭頸部癌に対するニボルマブ, 2019年12月に再発・転移性頭頸部癌に対するペムブロリズマブと, 2つの抗ヒトprogrammed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) モノクローナル抗体の使用がわが国で承認されたことにより大きく変化した. 本稿では, 実臨床におけるR/M SCCHNに対するこの2つの免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の役割について触れる. |
