| Abstract | 「はじめに」13trisomy (T13) ・18trisomy (T18) 症候群は, 常染色体異数性の染色体異常症で, 13・18番染色体全長あるいは一部の重複に基づく先天異常症候群であり, 児の予後は併存疾患によって大きく異なる. 有病率はT13では1/5,000〜12,000人, T18では1/3,500〜8,500人とされている. 生命予後は大規模なpopulation-based studyに基づく2000年ごろまでのエビデンスでは, 1年生存率がT13・T18ともに5.6〜9.0%程度とされていた. 死亡原因の多くは中枢性無呼吸であるために, QOL (身体的・精神的苦痛を含む) を考慮して以前は先天性心疾患に対する外科手術を回避することが多かった. |
