| Abstract | 「はじめに」OEIS complexとは, 古典的には臍帯ヘルニア (omphalocele) , 膀胱外反 (exstrophy of the bladder) , 鎖肛 (imperforate anus) , 脊髄・脊椎病変 (spinal defects) の4病変を有する疾患である. 出生20万〜25万人に1人のまれな疾患であるうえに, 複合奇形にバリエーションがあるため, 外科的治療戦略が確立されていないのが現状である. 本稿では, 古典的OEIS complexの概念に従って, 本症と総排泄腔外反症とでは後腸の発達程度や外反腸管の有無など, 発生学的イベントの発症時期に違いがあるという立場をとり, 自験例をふまえてOEIS complexにつき述べる. ただし, 外科的治療戦略や長期予後については総排泄腔外反症の報告も一部参照した. |
