| Abstract | 「I. 定義」Peutz-Jeghers症候群 (Peutz-Jeghers syndrome : PJS) は, 1921年にPeutzにより1家系が報告され, 1949年にJeghersらにより疾患概念が提唱された. 食道を除く全消化管の過誤腫様ポリポーシスと口唇, 口腔, 指尖部などの皮膚, 粘膜の色素斑を特徴とする. 「II. 主要臨床所見」「1. 色素斑」出生時には目立たず, 乳児期から口唇, 眼, 鼻, 口腔, 指尖部, 肛門周囲, 頬粘膜などの皮膚・粘膜に1〜5mmほどの暗青〜暗褐色斑が発生し, 思春期まで増加する. 「2. 消化管ポリポーシス」ポリープは食道を除く全消化管に認め, ポリープの出血による黒色便・血便・貧血や, 腸重積による腹痛・嘔吐, 消化管通過障害による反復性腹痛・嘔吐・便通異常などの症状を呈する. |
