| Abstract | 「はじめに」 好酸球性消化管疾患(eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders : EGIDs)は, 食物アレルギーなどが原因となり, 好酸球が消化管壁に異常に浸潤することによって誘発される慢性炎症性疾患である. EGIDsは, 食道に限局して好酸球浸潤が認められる好酸球性食道炎(eosinophilic esophagitis : EoE)と, 食道病変の有無に関係なく全消化管に病変が起こりうる好酸球性胃腸炎(eosinophilic gastroenteritis : EGE)に分類される. 近年, 本邦ではEGIDsが増加傾向にあることから, 臨床現場における本疾患に対する注目度は高まり, 2020年には厚生労働省好酸球性消化管疾患研究班によって「幼児・成人好酸球性消化管疾患診療ガイドライン」(以下, 診療ガイドライン)が公表された. 本稿では, EGE治療の現状と問題点について, 診療ガイドラインの内容をふまえながら概説する. |
