| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1) 化膿性骨髄炎を疑う場合, 2セットの血液培養を提出し起因菌の同定に努めることが重要である. (2) 化膿性股関節炎は迅速な外科的介入が必要であり, 整形外科にコンサルトを行う. 整形外科にコンサルトができない環境であれば, 転院も考慮する. (3) 治療は静注抗菌薬で開始するが, 条件を満たせば内服抗菌薬へのスイッチも可能である. (4) 教科書的に十分な治療を行うことが, 予後の改善に重要である. |
