| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1) 軽症例は抗菌薬による保存的加療が選択肢の一つである. (2) 膿瘍形成などの複雑性虫垂炎では抗菌薬による保存的加療後に interval appendectomy を選択してもよい. (3) 抗菌薬治療のtargetは腸内細菌および嫌気性菌である. |
