| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1) GBSは, 新生児期から乳児期早期に, 敗血症(菌血症)と髄膜炎を呈する重篤な細菌感染症である. (2) 小児期侵襲性GBS感染症に対する診療ガイドラインは, わが国の関連学会では示されていない. (3) 2019年に米国小児科学会から管理指針が示されている. (4) GBSの治療の第一選択薬は現在でもペニシリンでよい. (5) ペニシリン低感受性GBSが日本人の妊婦腟から分離された報告があり, 今後も継続して監視の必要がある. |
