| Abstract | 「1 基本病因, 発症機序」劇症型溶血性レンサ球菌感染症(strepotococcal toxic shock syndorome: STSSもしくはstrepotococcal toxic shock-like syndrome: TSLS)は, 急激発症し進行するショック・多臓器不全を伴う溶血性レンサ球菌感染症である. メディアなどでいわゆる「人食いバクテリア」といった病名で取り扱われることもある. 1980年代ごろから北米やヨーロッパを中心に報告され, その後も各国から報告されている新興・再興感染症の一つである. 感染症法では五類感染症に「劇症型溶血性レンサ球菌感染症」として分類され, 7日以内に報告の義務がある. 壊死性筋膜炎, 菌血症, 髄膜炎, 肺炎, 腹膜炎, 産褥敗血症, 骨髄炎, 化膿性関節炎, 筋炎, 外科創部感染症などの重症レンサ球菌感染症も含まれる. |
