| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)小児穿孔性虫垂炎に対するEA, IAは優劣がない. (2)EA, IAどちらを選択するか, 施設内あるいは連携施設間の小児科医と外科医の間であらかじめ方針を決めておくべきである. (3)保存治療を選択する場合であっても, 保存治療無効例などに対して外科治療が遅れることのないよう, 初期から小児科医と外科医の間で情報を共有すべきである. (4)急性虫垂炎の診断には, 放射線被曝を伴うCT検査ではなく, 超音波検査を優先すべきである. |
