| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)血清Na値の変化は, 総体液量の変化に連動する. (2)低浸透圧性低Na血症では, 細胞外液量の評価が鑑別に重要である. (3)重症低Na血症の場合は原因にかかわらず, 高張食塩水を用いた十分な補正を優先する. (4)高Na血症の治療では, 循環不全の改善と, Na補正による脳浮腫の予防が大切である. (5)補正中は頻回に尿中・血液中の電解質評価を行う. |
