| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)ネフローゼ症候群で積極的に輸液療法を行うことは少ないが浮腫などの管理に薬物療法が必要となる. (2)浮腫の機序としてunderfilling仮説とoverfilling仮説の2つがあり治療も相反するため, 治療前の正確な体液評価が必要である. (3)病態評価前のアルブミン製剤・利尿薬の安易な使用は避けなければならない. |
