| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)好中球絶対数500個/μL以下の場合は細菌感染のリスクが高くなる. (2)好中球減少症を示す疾患は多種多様である. 好中球減少症のみで全身状態が良ければ, 数週間経過観察しながら鑑別診断を行う. (3)抗好中球抗体検査は侵襲の少ない検査である. ただし偽陽性・偽陰性も多いことに注意する. (4)SCNは乳児期早期に症状が現れ, 重症化・遷延化しうるため, 好中球減少症を見逃さないことが大切である. |
