| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)HLHは多様な疾患を包括する症候群であり, 病勢をコントロールしつつ鑑別を進める. (2)原疾患の鑑別には, 白血球分画の確認と血清フェリチン/sIL-2R/IL-18の測定に加え, EBVなどのウイルス検索が重要である. (3)FHLが疑われる場合には早期に専門施設と連携をとり, 移植を念頭に治療を進める. |
