| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)発症からなるべく早期の治療介入が望ましい. (2)結節性硬化症を基礎疾患とする場合はビガバトリンが, それ以外の病因はACTH療法が治療の主流となる. (3)ACTH療法やビガバトリンが奏効しない場合は, 病因を考慮してケトン食療法やてんかん外科手術の適応を検討する. (4)病因検索には, 頭部画像検査と遺伝学的検査が有用である. (5)小児慢性特定疾病(http://www.shouman.jp/details/11_16_47.htmlおよび指定難病(http://www.nanbyou.or.jp/entry/4414)に該当する. |
