| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)概ね6か月から3歳の乳幼児で起こりやすい. (2)ロタウイルス, ノロウイルスなどのウイルス性胃腸炎の第1〜2病日に発症することが多い. (3)発作型は短い全般性強直間代性発作(GTC)で群発する傾向がある. (4)カルバマゼピンの少量投与が有効である. (5)けいれん, 発達の予後は良好である. |
