| Abstract | 「1 基本病因, 発症機序」統合失調症の生涯有病率は約0.3〜0.7%と推定され, 比較的よくみられる精神疾患である. 発症のピークは男性で10〜25歳, 女性で25〜35歳とされ, 有病率に性差はない. 小児期に発症する頻度に関しては統合失調症の1%未満が10歳未満, 4%が15歳未満で発症したとの報告がある. 児童青年期発症の統合失調症 (early-onset schizophrenia : EOS) は成人期発症の統合失調症と連続性があることが明らかとなっており, 診断には成人と同じ診断基準が用いられる. 統合失調症の診断概念自体にも大きな変遷があり, 近年の知見は1980年に米国精神医学会により発表された精神疾患の診断・統計マニュアル (Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders : DSM) 第3版 (DSM-III) 以降の精神症状に基づく診断基準による研究から得られたものである. |
