| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)s-JIAおよびAOSDに対しては, 抗IL-6受容体抗体であるTCZ, 抗IL-1β抗体であるCANが有効である. (2)生物学的製剤治療中にMASを発症した場合には臨床像が修飾されるため注意が必要である. (3)MASに対しては, IL-18やIFN-γを分子標的とした生物学的製剤の有効性が期待されている. |
