| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)腎盂腎炎は乳児期の男児に多い. (2)症状は年齢によって異なるが多くは非特異的であり, 好発年齢の発熱では積極的な鑑別を要する. (3)膀胱炎は3日間, 腎盂腎炎は7〜14日, 腎膿瘍は膿瘍が消えるまで抗菌薬投与を行う. |
