| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)皮膚軟部組織感染症は重症度の幅が広い疾患である. 病変の深さと全身徴候によって重症度を意識する必要がある. (2)蜂窩織炎の起因菌の大部分はStaphylococcus aureusかStreptococcus pyogensであり, 第1世代セフェム系抗菌薬の投与で問題なく加療できる. ただし, 特殊な起因菌を想定しないといけない場所と曝露があるので知っておく必要がある. (3)壊死性筋膜炎は致死率が高くエマージェンシーな疾患である. 急速に深部で進行する軟部組織感染症は外科的デブリードマンが救命の鍵となるので, 積極的に疑いそのタイミングを逃さない. |
