| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)溶連菌は, 小児に対してさまざまな疾患をひき起こす. (2)A群溶連菌は健康な人の咽頭, 皮膚などに存在し, B群溶連菌は腟や直腸, 膀胱などに常在している. (3)A群溶連菌は, 発熱, 全身倦怠感, 咽頭痛, 扁桃腺の腫れ, 苺舌, 発赤疹, 膿痂疹, リウマチ熱, 急性糸球体腎炎, 劇症型溶血性レンサ球菌感染症をひき起こす. (4)B群溶連菌は, 新生児において, 敗血症や髄膜炎, 肺炎をひき起こす. (5)新生児早発型B群溶連菌感染症に対する予防対策として, 全妊婦に対するスクリーニング検査が推奨されている. |
