| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)百日咳は年齢やワクチン接種歴によって症状や検査所見など特徴が異なる. (2)発症からの時間経過によって, 病原診断(培養・遺伝子検査)と血清診断を使い分ける. (3)ワクチン未接種の乳児は重症化のリスクが高いため, 家族内の遷延性咳嗽などを手がかりに早期診断・治療に努める. |
