| Abstract | 「はじめに」梅毒は, 梅毒トレポネーマの感染によって生じる性感染症であり, 感染症法で五類感染症全数把握疾患に指定されている. 感染症発生動向調査によれば2013年頃から報告数が年々増加しており, 2022年は初めて1万例を超えて13000例弱となった. 先天梅毒も年々増加し, 近年は年間20例前後報告されている. 2022年0歳の梅毒は20例と例年と同等だったが, 先天梅毒は妊娠可能女性の梅毒発生率を反映するため今後の増加が懸念される状況である. 「病原微生物」原因微生物はスピロヘータ科に属する梅毒トレポネーマ(Treponema pallidum subsp. pallidum)である. 長さ6〜15μm, 幅0.2μmのらせん状をしており, 通常の光学顕微鏡を用いたグラム染色では十分に視認できず, 暗視野顕微鏡が必要である. 試験管内での純培養も確立していない. |
