| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)尿路感染症は非特異的な症状しか呈さない場合が多く, 発熱のフォーカスがわかっていない患者に抗菌薬加療を行う際には必ず尿検査・尿培養を実施してから行う. (2)尿検査はKova slide法や尿生化学検査を追加することで, 尿路感染症をより多角的に診断できる. (3)UTIと診断した患者はその治療後に, UTIを今後くり返すリスク, 将来腎不全にいたるリスクについて評価する. (4)超音波検査, DMSAシンチ, VCUG, 造影CTなどは個々の検査の特性と侵襲を総合的に判断して適宜使い分ける. |
