| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)HSPNの治療方針は重症度によって決定される. (2)IgAV発症後の経過観察中に血尿蛋白尿を認めた場合や腎機能低下を認めた場合には, 小児腎臓病を専門とする医師への相談が望ましい. (3)重症例については長期的にフォローアップを継続していく必要がある. |
