Abstract | 「Key Points」 (1) 超早産児の救命率向上に伴い, より重症なCLDが増加しており, 最重症例では長期の呼吸管理や肺高血圧症, 低酸素性呼吸不全を呈する. (2) サーファクタント補充療法やステロイド全身投与, カフェイン, 非侵襲的呼吸療法, HFOやNAVAなどCLD予防に一定のエビデンスがある既存の治療を組み合わせた管理が行われている. (3) CLDを根本的に解決するような新規治療の開発が今後の課題である. |
