| Abstract | 「[1] 疾患概念」好中球減少症は末梢血好中球絶対数(absolute neutrophil count: ANC)が1,500/μL未満と定義されているが, 臨床上で易感染性を呈することで問題となるのはANCが500/μL以下の場合である. 好中球減少を示す主な疾患を表1に示す. 小児期好中球減少症の病因はきわめて多様であり, 免疫性好中球減少症や感染症・薬剤投与(悪性腫瘍に対する化学療法, 抗菌薬, 抗精神病薬など)に伴う外因性因子好中球減少症や, 再生不良性貧血や白血病など骨髄系細胞/幹細胞の後天性異常に起因するもの, 重症先天性好中球減少症(severe congenital neutropenia: SCN)や周期性好中球減少症(cyclic neutropenia: CyN)など遺伝性疾患による内因性好中球減少症などがある. 好中球減少症で問題となる主な起因菌として, 黄色ブドウ球菌, 大腸菌や緑膿菌などのグラム陰性桿菌, 真菌が挙げられる. |
