| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)CHスクリーニングにおいて, 性別一致双胎児の2回目スクリーニングが望まれる. (2)3歳以下のCHにおいてLT4治療量により, 早期にLT4治療の中止を考慮してよい基準を設定した. (3)小児バセドウ病における131I内用療法は, わが国においては, 抗甲状腺薬治療と外科的治療に続く第3の候補という位置づけである. (4)新生児バセドウ病の標準的な治療に関してガイドラインに記載された. |
