| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)糖尿病の診療ガイドラインは診断や治療だけでなく, シックデイや患者教育, 心理社会的支援も重要な項目となっている. (2)DKA診療を含む初期対応は一般外来や救急外来で行われるため, これにかかわる全小児科医が把握しておくべきであり, 診療ガイドラインが有用と思われる. (3)糖尿病の慢性期治療でも診療ガイドラインが基本となるが, 個々の状況に合わせた対応が必要となるため経験豊富な施設・専門家でなるべく管理されるべきである. |
