| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)先天性甲状腺機能低下症の見逃し例の多くはTSH遅発上昇例である. (2)TSH遅発上昇は低出生体重児や甲状腺ホルモン合成障害などに生じ, かつ多くが一過性である. (3)TSH-basedのスクリーニングでは, 中枢性甲状腺機能低下症は発見されない. (4)サブクリニカル例の発見効率は, TSHカットオフ値に依存する. (5)TSH遅発上昇や軽症例を念頭に, 甲状腺機能検査実施の閾値を低く保つ必要がある. |
