| Abstract | 「Key Points」(1)思春期早発症イコール治療が必要ということではない. (2)器質性疾患の鑑別, 精神的・社会的問題の有無, 身長予後などを総合的に判断し, 予測される治療の利点と欠点を家族と本人に十分説明したうえで治療適応を決定していく. (3)思春期早発症境界年齢発症(7〜8歳)の女児では, 一般的に治療による身長予後改善効果は少ないとされる. 一方, 急速進行型では無治療だと最終身長を損なう可能性も指摘されており, 思春期の進行速度にも注意していく必要がある. |
