| Abstract | 「Key Points」 (1) 未就学児の予防は, 目を離さず見守ることにつきる. (2) 熱中症予防運動指針では, WBGT 31℃以上では運動は原則中止, とくに子どもの場合は中止すべきとされている. (3) 運動時に限らず運動開始前も水分摂取が必要であり, こまめな水分摂取を促し, 制限を加えることなく, 水分を自由に摂取できる環境を整える. |
