Abstract | 「Key Points」(1) 小児期のてんかんでは, 自然収束性の発作があり, 薬物治療の中止ができることがある. (2) てんかん発作と非てんかん発作の鑑別にはビデオ脳波同時記録がもっとも望ましいが, スマートフォンなどでの発作記録は有用である. (3) 成人期に持ち越すてんかん発作があり, 薬剤治療中止には慎重にならなくてはならない. (4) 心因性非てんかん性発作が存在し, てんかん発作との鑑別点が挙げられる. |
