| Abstract | 「はじめに」妊娠中にサイトメガロウイルス (CMV) 感染を起こすと, 胎児感染に至り, 出生児は先天性CMV感染をひき起こすことがある. 古くからTORCH症候群の一つとして知られている. 先天性CMV感染症の一部は, 出生時より後述する症状を有して出生し (症候性) , 難聴, 精神運動発達遅延, 脳性麻痺, てんかん, 知的障害などの重度の神経学的後遺症を高率に残す. 最近, 我が国でも, 症候性先天性CMV感染症児に対し, 新生児期からバルガンシクロビルによる抗ウイルス薬治療をすることによって聴覚と神経学的予後を改善する報告が増えている. 一方, 出生時に無症状 (無症候性) であっても, 遅発性に難聴, 言語発達遅延, 自閉スペクトラム症, 注意欠如多動症を発症することがある. |
