| Abstract | 「はじめに」2019年末に報告された新型コロナウイルス感染症 (coronavirus disease 2019 : COVID-19) は, すべての患者に適応可能な治療法はいまだ確立されていないが, 有効性と安全性が確認されたCOVID-19ワクチンが2020年12月以降にいくつかの国で (緊急使用) 承認され始め, 感染収束への期待が高まっている. 一方, 妊娠中にCOVID-19を発症した女性は重症化しやすいにもかかわらず, 使用できる医薬品が限られることから感染予防を徹底する必要がある. 本稿では, 妊婦への適用を含めて, COVID-19の治療薬およびワクチンについてまとめた. |
