Abstract 「はじめに」近年, 作業療法の対象患者のなかに注意欠如・多動症 (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ; 以下, ADHD) , 自閉スペクトラム症 (Autism Spectrum Disorder ; 以下, ASD) , 発達性協調運動症 (Developmental Coordination Disorder ; 以下, DCD) など, いわゆる神経発達症のある子どもや大人が増えてきている. 神経発達症に関しては, 根拠に基づいた実践 (Evidence-Based Practice ; 以下, EBP) がより重視されるようになっている. そのようななかで, 作業療法においても根拠に基づく作業療法 (Evidence-Based Occupational Therapy ; 以下, EBOT) が求められている.
