| Abstract | 「要旨」: 糖尿病性壊疽による下肢切断患者の心理的症状に対してTranstheoretical Model(以下, TTM)を用いた作業療法を実施した(週5日, 40分から60分/日). 結果, Canadian Occupational Performance Measure(COPM)の遂行度スコアが4.7点から9.7点, 満足度スコアが3.3点から9.7点に改善した. また, 悲観的な発言が聞かれなくなり, 生じている問題に対してポジティブな行動を起こせるようになった. 今回の報告でTTMは, 糖尿病性壊疽による下肢切断患者に対する心理的症状への対応として有用である可能性が示唆された. |

| Abstract | Occupational therapy using the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) was conducted for psychological symptoms in patients with lower limb amputation due to diabetic gangrene (5 days a week, 40 to 60 minutes/day). As a result, the performance score of the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) improved from 4.7 to 9.7 points, and the satisfaction score from 3.3 to 9.7 points. Furthermore, pessimistic remarks were no longer heard, and patients became able to take positive actions towards the problems that were occurring. This report suggests that TTM may be useful in dealing with psychological symptoms in patients with lower limb amputation due to diabetic gangrene. |
