| Abstract | 「要旨」外傷後や整形外科疾患の術後は血栓形成の危険因子が重なり, 下肢の深部静脈血栓症(DVT)が発生しやすいため, さまざま予防策が講じられている. しかし, 予防策を実施していてもDVTが発生することは多く, DVT存在下でリハビリテーション治療を行うことも少なくない. また, 術後に発生した無症候性DVTが重篤な病態である肺血栓塞栓症(PTE)へ進展する可能性も否定できない. そのような事態を回避するためには, DVTの発生を予防すると同時に, DVTの早期発見, DVT存在下のリハビリテーション治療の手順を各施設の状況に応じて決めておき, 円滑かつ安全にリハビリテーション治療を実施することが大切である. そして, リハビリテーションチーム医療の中でリスク管理を担うリハビリテーション科医は, DVT下のリハビリテーション治療に伴うリスクやPTE発症時の初期対応について熟知しておかなければならない. |
