Abstract | 「要旨」運動耐容能は, 低栄養, 貧血, 肥満, サルコペニア, サルコペニア肥満でも低下する. サルコペニアで運動耐容能が低下する一因として, 呼吸筋サルコペニアとサルコペニア性呼吸障害が考えられる. 運動耐容能の改善には, リハビリテーション治療が重要である. しかし, 食事摂取量が不十分な場合には, 積極的な持久性トレーニングなどのリハビリテーション治療を行うと, 運動耐容能はむしろ低下する. そのため, 栄養状態に問題のある患者の運動耐容能を最大限改善させるためには, リハビリテーション治療単独では不十分で, 栄養療法の併用が必要である. 運動耐容能低下の原因に見合ったリハビリテーション栄養を実践してほしい. |
