| Abstract | 「要旨」中強度の持久性トレーニング(moderate intensity continuous training:MICT)を中心とした運動療法により, 身体機能・生活の質の改善および全死亡・心血管イベントの減少が得られることが示され, 心臓リハビリテーションにおける運動処方ではMICTが基本とされている. しかし最近, 高強度と中強度の運動を交互に繰り返す高強度インターバルトレーニング(high-intensity interval training:HIIT)の実行可能性や身体機能および内分泌代謝に有効であることを示すエビデンスが増加しており注目されている. 本稿では, HIITのエビデンス, 診療ガイドラインにおける位置づけ, そして実診療におけるHIITの運動処方例について概説する. |
