Abstract | 「要旨」運動耐容能の改善を目的としたトレーニングは, 有酸素運動が一般的であるが, 近年注目されているレジスタンストレーニングおよび呼吸筋トレーニングが運動耐容能に及ぼす影響についてまとめた. レジスタンストレーニングによる運動耐容能の改善効果は, 運動耐容能のベースラインが高い若年者では多くは認められず, 相対的に運動耐容能のベースラインが低い高齢者ではレジスタンストレーニングによる運動耐容能改善の効果が高い. 心疾患患者を対象にした呼吸筋トレーニングでも運動耐容能の改善効果が認められており, レジスタンストレーニングと併せて注目されている. |
