Abstract | 「要旨」摂食嚥下障害に対して用いられている末梢の電気刺激療法, 磁気刺激療法としては, 神経筋電気刺激, 咽頭電気刺激, 感覚神経電気刺激, 末梢磁気刺激がある. 神経筋電気刺激は既に多くの報告があり, メタ解析からエビデンスも得られている. 咽頭電気刺激は欧州を中心に発展し多国間での大規模多施設共同研究も多いが, まだ一定の見解は得られていない. 感覚神経電気刺激は上喉頭神経を干渉波を用いて刺激する手法であり本邦で開発された. 末梢磁気刺激は摂食嚥下障害に対する報告は本邦からのみであるが, 神経筋電気刺激よりも疼痛なく舌骨上筋群の刺激が可能である. 現在, 本邦では上記のうち咽頭電気刺激以外は使用可能である. |
