| Abstract | 「要旨」関節破壊を伴う股関節障害に対する人工股関節置換術は, 優れた除痛効果と良好な臨床成績が得られる治療法であるが, 早期に良好な身体機能を回復するためには, 周術期のリハビリテーション治療が重要である. 片側例, 両側例, 関節リウマチ症例などでは, リハビリテーション治療の内容や注意点が若干異なるため, 臨床像や病態を考慮したリハビリテーション治療を実施していく必要がある. |
