| Abstract | 「要旨」人工股関節全置換術 (THA) 後の合併症のうち, 症候性肺血栓塞栓症 (PTE) はときに致死的な合併症となる. 必ずしも生死にかかわらない疾患にTHAを行うことで致死的な合併症のリスクを低確率とはいえ, 患者に負わせることは問題である. 本邦では2017年に日本整形外科学会から症候性静脈血栓塞栓症 (VTE) のガイドラインが刊行され, また2020年には整形外科手術の周術期におけるInternational Consensus Meetingが開催され, 整形外科領域におけるVTE予防は世界的にますます重要視されている. 本稿ではTHA周術期におけるVTEの予防および発症時の対応について解説する. |
