| Abstract | 「要旨」人工股関節全置換術 (THA) に関して, インプラント, 手術法, 手術支援技術の進歩により, 安定した長期術後成績が実現し, また, 脱臼予防を目的とした動作制限指導の機会は減少しつつある. THA後の日常生活動作について, 後側方進入THA後の割座には注意が必要であるが, その他の動作についてはほぼ動作制限は不要となりつつある. またTHA後のスポーツ活動の推奨については客観的な指標は存在せず, 術後3〜6カ月後から低衝撃度スポーツは許容されるが, 高度衝撃度スポーツについては慎重で, コンタクトスポーツは禁止としていることが多い. |
