| Abstract | 「要旨」わが国は超高齢社会を迎えている. 健康寿命の延伸が課題となる時代背景を踏まえ, 日本整形外科学会からロコモティブシンドロームが提唱された. ロコモティブシンドロームは移動能力が低下した状態を示す概念である. 人工股関節全置換術 (THA) を受ける患者はロコモティブシンドロームに陥っている. THA術後に股関節機能は向上するが, ロコモティブシンドロームを克服できない患者も多い. THAを受ける患者の多くには術前から股関節可動域制限や周囲筋萎縮があり, 術後も残存して歩行能力の回復を妨げる. 歩行能力の回復を促進するためにもロコモティブシンドロームを認識して, 術後もロコトレなどのリハビリテーション治療を継続することが望ましい. |
