Abstract 「要旨」 高齢の心不全患者の増加とともに, サルコペニアやフレイルを合併し身体機能が重度に低下した症例が増加している. フレイル心不全患者に対する運動療法のエビデンスは十分ではないが, QOLの改善だけでなく, 運動耐容能向上ならびに予後改善効果も期待できる. 地域包括ケアなど高齢患者を取り巻く環境を考慮すると, 高齢フレイル心不全患者に対しても急性期から維持期に至るまで切れ目のない包括的なリハビリテーション医療を積極的に提供することが, 今後重要になると考えられる.
