Abstract 「要旨」 尿失禁はQOLのみならず, 人間の尊厳にもかかわる問題である. 多職種連携で行う排尿自立支援の普及とともに, 尿失禁を含む排尿障害を有する患者に対して, 泌尿器科治療とリハビリテーション医療の連携は重要なものとなっている. 泌尿器科で行う生活指導, 薬物療法だけでは改善しないこともあり, トイレまでの移動, トイレ移乗, トイレ内での着脱衣などができるようにリハビリテーション治療を行う必要があることも多い. さらに, 骨盤底リハビリテーションの1つである骨盤底筋トレーニング(PFMT)は, 腹圧性尿失禁だけでなく過活動膀胱症状にも有効であり, 現在までに多くのエビデンスが蓄積されており, それらを本稿で紹介する.
