| Abstract | 「要旨」代謝性疾患は, 生体内の代謝に関連する異常を指し, 遺伝的, 生活習慣, 環境要因によって引き起こされる. これらの疾患は臓器や組織に影響を及ぼし, 糖尿病や脂質異常症, 肥満, 骨粗鬆症などはフレイルと関連している. 代謝性疾患によるフレイルのメカニズムは, 炎症, 栄養状態の悪化, 運動能力の低下, 神経変性, 遺伝子の変化などにより惹起される. これらの疾患は転倒, 日常生活動作(ADL)の低下, 死亡といった悪影響を及ぼす可能性がある. 代謝性疾患の予防と治療には, 適切な食事, 運動, ストレス管理, 薬物療法などが重要である. フレイルの評価には統一基準はないが, 日本版CHS(J-CHS)基準が広く用いられている. |
